Church of the City has two simple expressions…expressions meaning places for you to connect…you know, where you can show up and be a part of things…just read below:

1. Worship Gatherings | We get together every Sunday morning at 10am in the Westend Ballroom (1220 SW Taylor, Portland). This expression of our community includes some time studying the Scriptures, worshipping with music and communion, and enjoying time with each other around food and coffee.

2. Gospel Communities | Foundational to who we are is the expression of our church community that scatters throughout Portland during the week. We all live somewhere and none of us live at the venue where we gather for worship…so for us it’s vital that we have an expression of our church community that intentionally lives the ways, teachings, and hope of Jesus in the neighborhoods where we all live. Our Gospel Communities are smaller groupings of people developing authentic relationships, loving their neighbors, studying the Scriptures, and serving the city together.
